Clinicians from all specialties and general medical practices treating patients in pain are invited to join leading experts in pain medicine at PainConnect 2026. The program has been designed by a multidisciplinary, multimodal committee of experts at the forefront of pain medicine practice for a primary audience of physicians whose scope of practice is targeted at the multidisciplinary practice of pain medicine and a secondary audience of non-physician healthcare clinicians, including nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physical therapists, psychologists, and pharmacists who are part of the multidisciplinary pain management team.

After attending the meeting, participants should be better able to

  • describe recent advancements in research, clinical best practices, patient management, practice management, and the diagnosis and treatment of patients in pain
  • assess, treat, and improve outcomes for patients suffering from multiple types of pain through the use of evidence-based, integrative/multidisciplinary pain management strategies and patient-centered treatment plans
  • improve patient safety and decrease the rate of opioid- and pain- analgesic–related adverse events.

An application has been submitted for this program to be eligible for CME, ACPE, and APA CEUs. Final CME and CEU credits available will be provided before the event.  To help attendees plan, PainConnect 2025 was eligible for 24.5 credits.

You will be provided with a link to evaluate and claim your credits at the email you used to register for the meeting. You will be required to evaluate and claim your credits for this meeting no later than August 31, 2026.

Meeting registrants will be provided a link to access the Online Evaluations & CME/CE Certificates. Online evaluations may be completed after the meeting. Attendees cannot receive credit for simultaneous sessions. Participants will receive their CME certificate only after they submit their evaluations online. Certificates may be downloaded upon demand after completing the online evaluation. All attendees are encouraged to complete the meeting evaluation by July 31, 2026, regardless of whether they are seeking continuing education credits. The final evaluation deadline for the PainConnect 2026, the AAPM annual meeting, is August 31, 2026.

All program faculty and planners are required to disclose all financial relationships they may have or have had within the past 24 months with ineligible companies. Any real or apparent conflicts of interest must be resolved prior to the presentation.

Participants have an implied responsibility to use the information presented at PainConnect 2026 to enhance patient outcomes and their own professional development.
